8 Kemet M39022/9-B221R 1.5UF 30V High Reliability Non Polarized Capacitors. These are military grade, non polarized 1.5UF 30v film caps. I believe that the dialectric material is polycarbonite, but am not sure. The ends are glass sealed, similar to paper in oil cap construction. 4 of these are marked Kemet and show the value and voltage, the other 4 do not. All measure very close to 1.5UF (+/- 2%.)
