3M 23059A110 Test Extender, For M56 Audio Cards and Ampex ATR-100 I-O Assy.
This extender card was made by 3M for servicing audio cards on their M56 (and maybe other) recorders.
It happens to also work for the Ampex ATR-100 I-O assembly. But for servicing those assemblies it should be used VERY carefully, with some way of supporting the weight of the I-O assembly, to prevent accidental damage.
